anyone notice that when you own a server that people always say "Please Op me :3"? I only have room for one co-owner, 4 Moderators, 3 Admins and 2 Operators And all those positions are taken by my irl friends *Facepalms* I shut down the server to do some updates and I had to ban 3 people . I don`t know what it is with people! They still ask! And I tell people when positions are open. And yet they still ask.

That's exactly how I feel about that.

the good staff members are usually the ones who don't ask, or they have real concerns about the server.

@People asking for OP - Hehe that is the reason why I just love having a private server. No one has the IP except for my sister and cousin, but boy do we have some real fun even with just 3! Unfortunately, last time I checked Bukkit wasn't being updated, and that is what my server runs on so I will have to stick with the old versions D:

On another topic - I am suuuuuper excited to start my very first superflat survival. Well, kind of my first.... my very first didn't go so well and I copped out and kinda cheated a little... xD But this time it is going to be fully legit! And I have some tips to help me out which will.. prevent what happened in the last one :p

The server I play on actually has a vt script that makes the command /fakeop. It displays the message as though you had just been opped. It's specifically for people who claim to be from PMC and ask for op xD

You have to have your minecraft account linked on your Mojang account. From the mojang account page, you can change your username from there. From memory, if you have just only created your Mojang account, you have to wait a bit after creating it before changing your name ^^
