The she-cat yawned as she woke. Her dream had been quite odd, she had dreamed of her mother,brothers,and their old twolegs. She yawned again then began to groom herself. She out of the warrior den to the nursery to see Spottedfur and her swollen belly. Spottedfur has been the daughter of Whisperdream, the quietest cat in the clan and Graywing, a dead queen. She missed her brothers a bit, but not her brother storm, the bully.

The brown colored tom has also just woken up. He missed his adoptive brother, Twilightpaw more then ever. He looked around to see nothing but trees and bracken.

The small apprentice woke with a yawn then looked around, and remembered her dream of seeing her mother, Poppyleaf and her father, Rowanblaze. She missed them so much but she heaved herself open and then out of the apprentice den.

The pretty gray she-cat was grooming her small kits when she heard the small white one, Littlekit give off a small cough. Her fur pricked but she tried not to worry. 'It was just an itch', she told herself. She looked at her other kit that wasn't coughing. She was very worried for Littlekit's health.

Spottedfur must be awake. Let me check on her. Before entering the nursery, she hears small coughs. Starclan no.. Leafdapple enters her den to bring tansy and catmint. After she carefully placed the herbs clasped in her teeth, she goes in the nursery. "Spottedfur, I would suggest for you to keep Littlekit away from Bluekit. You don't want the cough to spread."

She observes Spottedfur. The queen looks like she will have a cough soon, or already has one. Looking down at the amount of herbs she brought, Leafdapple decides that it's enough. "Now each of you will have to take catmint and a little tansy." Leafdapple makes 3 equal amounts for the queen and kits.
