"I don't mean any harm I swear. I'm Serrina." She said paws still showing as she swished her tail.

Sala lashed her tail "im Sala" she said still eyeing her cautiously

"It's very nice to meet you." Serrina said with a smile reaching out her right paw to shake Sala's hand. Serrina's tail was gently swaying back and forth calmly, casually her fins would stir the dirt behind her but not enough to make an indent.

Sala cautiously reached out and shook her paw "yea..." she sat down "so where did you come from?" she asked but kept her voice low because the others were sleeping still

Cricket was curled up asleep next to the fire, his tail wrapped halfway around him and his leather bat-wings somewhat covering his body for warmth. Teddy was in a ball next to the boy's chest, and despite the ferret's sleep, it had its ears perked as if it were listening for danger.

Here is some history about the forest that we are in.
There is an old abandond City between our camp and the road, the cities inhabitents used to be know as the spring people because they made a lot of springs and stuff, in their city in the center of the city is a natural hot spring which is boiling hot, the spring has a series of pools where the water drains out of the pool it goes down in what looks like a waterfall like thing and it gets cooler the more pools that it drains out of untill it gets to the bottum of the area then it goes into an underground resevuare which feeds back into the spring. The water stays clean because the people of the city were friends with unicorns and when a unicorn died they had a great cerimony in which the family of the unicorn and the people puts the soul to rest and what they do is they cut the horn off and toss it into the underground resevoir the body is then burned and the ashes scattered on the familys grasing lands.

- Well aren't anthros created by the goverment? It wouldn't make much sense for them to live in the city if they are failed experiments they left out to die. I like the thought of it being abandoned, it gives our people somewhere to shelter besides the forest and such :] Nice background story, by the way.
