I'm not comfortable with drawing horses and such, and wings are difficult to colour and shade nicely.
And, like you mentioned, you didn't provide a clear reference.

I dislike drawing things without a clear reference, because it causes problems for both parties if it's drawn incorrectly.
And I don't know what the face and stuff is supposed to look like because the image is pretty small.
