How do you decide on a theme for your signature?

I like to base most of my signatures on things I like or things I have seen on the internet. Sometimes I just make a list of ideas and then randomly select one C:

I absolutely adore the gifs; I love kittens {who doesn't} and these ones are so cute!~

I love greyscale; it looks really classy. The text between the outside images is really lovely. I love that you have links to your friends. Honestly, if I didn't know better, I wouldn't think it's a WIP. It looks great!

These things are fine to post, but keep it all in moderation. We don't need a new post from everyone each day over a new signature :)

With that said, I love your signature; from the monochromatic greyscale colour scheme to the smoothness of the gif and even the cat theme too :)

My only point that I will make note of is that I think that the middle where the code is needs to be a little wider, I wouldn't try to get two columns of text in there, just one would make it look a lot more better.(I think that is what you are aiming for here >.< I am not sure.) Edit: On my mobile, the gap is really big between the gifs and the text, so it looked like you were trying to get two columns in. I am now on my computer which finally got up and running, so I retract this statement and apologize for the inconvenience >.<
I also think the text is too small, if you can; try and make it a little bigger :) (Could be just me with crappy eyesight, but I can't read the text)

The thread's intention is to revitalize signatures and their reputation on CS, not so much as to chat as that is spam :)
