i'm gonna try and get the ball rolling again because i seriously love you guys
and hey this is the first post of 2015! so where's my medal, huh?
- Code: Select all
what attracts you to a piece of coding?
for me i think it's if there's a lot going on, but not too much to make you feel dizzy.
yet again i also think really simple forms with pale colours have a tendency to look
really elegant.
- Code: Select all
do you prefer/find it easier to code for one gender over another?
sometimes i find it easier to code for girls, because you can put little feminine touches
like flowers and have colours that are considered girly. but then sometimes coding for
a guy character is so much easier than coding for a girl. it really just depends on my mood.
would anyone still interested in another coding challenge?
& does anyone have any coding they'd like to have critiqued? i'm also a total fan of
giving out some awards, if you have anyone you'd like to nom-inate. nice pun wally

what attracts you to a piece of coding?
it changes.
as of now, i like something that's ornate, but not excessive.
like, nothing that's not contributive to the actual form.
blah, this is hard to put into words.
um.
so make the simplest form possible with only the necessities
and then embellish the existing stuff.
that make sense?
do you prefer/find it easier to code for one gender over another?
nope. i like roleplaying girls better, but that's not relevant.
@coding challenge,
definitely c:

what attracts you to a piece of coding?
umm, i'm not sure what attracts me specifically
but it's the picture that first grasps my attention.
and i like coding that is neat and is not very long
and all the space is used up [if that makes sense].
and it should be simple enough to read the content
of it.. like i don't know >.<
do you prefer/find it easier to code for one gender over another?
i actually prefer roleplaying boys but when it comes
to coding i think it's easier with girls. as walle said
you can add some feminine touches to fill up space
and make it look pretty.

what attracts you to a piece of coding?
the coding per se. it's what always catches my
attention. following that, I also take into account
the writing, side images, lyrics/quotes and the
character portrait.
do you prefer/find it easier to code for one gender over another?
definitely. since i majorly roleplay girls,
i tend to get more creative with their forms.

guess who's back,
back again?
pumpkin's back, tell a friend.
do you prefer/find it easier to code for one gender over another?
I find it easier to code for females because, like wallflower said,
it's easier to find little details to add on that actually fit the character.
it's also far easier to find female face-claims. I have the tendency to
reuse male face-claims because I can never find anyone else :/

what attracts you to a piece of coding?
minimalism. i usually like bases with only
two or three colors, and some elegant,
yet simple decorations. lyrics too. excerpts
out of songs (fob, the downtown fiction,
one republic, parachute, etc.), and poems.
do you prefer/find it easier to code for
one gender over another?
it's a lot easier for me to code for females,
because one, i am female, two, most of
the decorations and fonts that i use are
more on the feminine side, and three,
i really have no idea what goes on in
the opposite gender's minds.
