Sarusi stiffened as Jack drew his blade and she caught herself, standing still. She curled her hands into fists and snarled, taking several deep but shaky breaths. "This isn't even freaking fair," she growled under her breath.
Coruvus rose an eyebrow as he looked at the three, then scoffed faintly before whistling. His two hounds lifted their ears before trotting over to him, sitting down by his side, Claw wagging his tail.
