I don't know if I had a panic attackin maths yesterday, it was terrifying it felt like everyone was staring at me and I couldn't breathe and my heart was POUNDING and my mind was screaming and the class was dead quiet so I had to be too. A lot of teachers know about what happens to me but that ONE maths teacher I had doesn't.
I don't even know why it happened, maybe because my friend was late?? and I was by myself?
