Is this fair?

I honestly have no clue. :x

I think it's unfair to the top. The Corgi is only worth a mid 2010 rare, the '10 uncommon and '11 rare would equal that I think.

looks fair to me honestly. If anything unfair to the bottom
The 2011 rare isn't enough to cover the gap between the 2010 uncommon and the corgi as the corgi would be worth 4-6 2010 uncommons
