I am taking an indefinite leave from tolters.
Normally I wouldn't post something like this, but I feel too strongly about it to simply fade quietly into the dust.

I have been observing completely immature and unfair administration of this species. I've been keeping my mouth shut about things and staying out of it. Now, the fact that some very talented artists were "retired"(more like fired) has sent me over the edge. The way it was approached is extremely disappointing. Firing them without any discussion with them was unfair and not giving them the courtesy of a message was rude. Even if there would have been a negative response, that's not a reason to cut them off without any warning. I'm sure it was extremely hurtful to see those posts without knowing about it beforehand. Species artists aren't little slaves that are only useful for printing pretty designs like machines. They are staff and they should be treated as such.

Tolters were an amazing little species and I'm sad about leaving. Hopefully things improve enough that I'll want to come back.

Dia., the end of this conversation was reached a few pages back. I understand people are frustrated, but I believe that some people are actually trying to be happy. We can't stop you from leaving; that's your choice. But you don't have to make it publicly dramatic. Sorry if you believe some things around here are immature and unfair, but that's also another reason specific artists were chosen; to give others a chance. Sorry if I'm coming off as rude, but I thought the clarification was reached a few pages back that is anyone else must make a statement about this topic once more, they would be permanently banned.
