I am Samuel. Archie is out of town meeting with a friend that moved a few towns away. So you have me for a day or two, I dunno. He left his 'diary' behind, so I figured why not. He would't get mad at me.
I've been in the town a lot right now. I've also been in my tent surfing the internet a lot too. Well, not really internet. There's no WiFi here. But I've been playing on my games I don't need Wifi to play. It's kinda boring without Archie. I hope he gets back from his trip soon. It's kinda lonely. Darn it, today is actually unnaturally cold. I mean, the nights are always pretty chilly, but this is Egypt. The daytime is always warm. But it isn't right now... it's weird.

I just read Samuel's entries! Oooh it's good. I know what one of his secrets is now. -puts on sinister face- Okay enough with sinister-ness. I'm going to dare Samuel to talk to her... Or maybe I can and secretly make them meet up! So many ideas.

Ah! I can't sleep! My dream was horrible and really strange! I was underwater in a library, swimming around. I had to pay $500 to get into a room, I did for some reason, and all it was was these weird things on the ceiling with wires holding them down, and I always rammed into them and it was a really weird feeling. And there was a little screen with 3-D fish exploding from it. There was also some animated-looking fish thing statue under the weird things on the ceiling. The fish thing statue was kind of like Flounder, but it was green, and a few other things. I might draw him later and show you. And then I was looking for 'The Land Before Time' 2. Who even reads it? Is it even a book..? Otherwise, who even watches those movies? They're so boring and for pretty young kids. It was really weird... It's hard to explain.

Evil. Dream.
Basically it was that Cleocatra returned and all that blah blah blah. I don't want this to become a dream diary thing so I'll stop with my dreams for now. It seemed so real though.

Man, night is arriving early. It's already looking like it's like, 8:00 outside. It's really weird. Right now Egypt is really weird! Speaking of weird, there's someone sketching the weird setting outside today about 10 feet from my archeological dig site. I think I'm gonna go see why she's so close to the dig site. I just feel protective over my dig site, especially after what happened the first time I was here in Egypt.

Turns out, that wolf is pretty nice. Her name is Delilah.

I don't have a crush on her, don't worry. Turns out, Delilah was just sketching the weird nighttime looking sunset-ish thing over the dig site. She said she was an artist that travels around the world kinda, drawing all sorts of things. And right now she happens to be in Egypt drawing all sorts of Egyptian things.

I wandered around the 'city'. I didn't really feel like doing any archeological stuff at the moment. But then this wolf bumped into me:

"Who are you?" I asked him. The wolf stumbled backwards a bit before speaking, "Lone Claw, sir. You?" Lone Claw? What a strange name, I thought. "Archie," I replied. "Mmhm," the wolf nodded. "What are you doing here?" I asked Lone Claw. "Secret business," Lone Claw laughed a little. "Okay then..?" I said, question in my voice. "Well, goodbye then, sir," Lone Claw said. He then turned around and dashed away. Strange, I thought. Just strange.

I've just been thinking about that evil camp me and my sister did when we were about ten years old... Evil I say. Oh, I forgot! Should I introduce you to my family?

You know me, so I will obviously skip myself.


That's my sister, Emma. She's older than me by a few months. Emma's job is an archeologist, but we don't do any digs together often.


That's my mom, Ruby. She works as horticulturalist (works with plants) at the National Garden Paarcsville Branch.


That's my dad, Mason. He works an the assistant manager at one of the farming-ish stores in Paarcsville, West from Farming.

NOTE - Emma and me grew up in Paarcsville, and our parents still live there.
