even though i'm not a huuuuge fan on rainbows, your sig is a strong exception. It's rare to see a perfect combination of colors set and molded as a sig, so your sig is a rare kind imo. I love how some of the bars/borders overlap and some of them stood behind the dogs as it gave a real expression towards it. The sprites are what caught my attention, they are spread out evenly, ordered to perfection, timed perfectly, and the biggest sprite on the center is just absolute cuteness perfection. The colors go well with the borders and the real life pictures of the dogs. The fonts are small, which serves as a small addition yet simple tone to it.

my room's walls are silvery-gray and maroon, so i have to say
that i have a bit of a bias for your color palette. also, i love how neat it is, and that it's
so complex! also, pink and red don't always look good together, but you did a great job
finding the hex that match!

It's really elegant, I think simple signatures always look nice. And yours really does.
The two gifs either side are really nice, I love b&w gifs! The quote is really lovely, and I like that the text is centered. It looks really neat.
