Unfair to you, the 09 staff dogs are straight swaps, but the horses on the top don't equal the VR bunny which is from 2010.

Unfair to the cat, it's at least worth an early 09 rare (I'm not sure if it's an extended release, but this advice is assuming so). Otherwise it's worth an 08 rare within the three month rule, however the sitting cats from 08 have pretty good demand. xD The store pet is only worth an early 2010 rare.

I tried answering this earlier but I'm still a bit confused on how to treat C$. ^^;

272 C$ will get you a Blue Rose from the September list, and using that thought I believe this would be pretty close to fair. ;u;
The Cake Dog is worth 6 advents + a low advent, the Santa Rat is a low Advent, then the rest of the pets would equal to about a low advent. This puts the total at 7 advents + a low advent which I believe is the Blue Rose's worth. ;u;

I'd definitely get a second opinion though, if you can.
