Cope rolled her eyes at his message and scoffed. Her fingers began to glide over the keyboard swiftly Dont get a big head. A girl wants to have fun sometimes she pressed send then went down to the kitchen to put her plate in the dish-washer. When she got back to her room she found her sister in her closet

"I heard you were going to the party tonight, word travels fast." She said and smiled at her sister with a wink. Ash was excited to see Donny for some reason but she didnt know what yet.

Cope rolled her eyes "Im only going so Brice doesnt go without me." She mumbled and lay on her back looking up at her ceiling

Brice read her message and chuckled. 'She's always keeping me in line...' He rolled his eyes lightheartedly. He then switched over to read Jason's message informing him that it would be a dressy-casual party...more on the casual side, though. He shook his head at the way he responded. He already had an idea of what he would wear. He then got up from the bed and put his phone in his pocket before going to sit at his desk. If he had any intention of going anywhere with the bit of trouble he got in, he'd have to make up for it... which meant study time.

Copeland bellowed in pain "Ashlynn!" She jerked away from her sister and held on to her ear, which her sister just burned with a Wand. She glared at her sister when she laughed "Thank God that was the last piece." She mumbled then stood up. All she had to do now was get dressed. Ashlynn picked out her outfit again because Cope wanted to pick out hers. Cope was never one for fashion even though she was quite good at it secretly. Once they were both dressed, Ashlynn applied make up and Copeland put on lipgloss then put it in her pocket. She slid on a few gold bangels then put on her sandals. Copeland lookes at herself in the mirror, she really loved her outfit even though a little of her tummy area showed but her stomach was tan so it would be okay.

Ashlynn checked out herself in Cope's full length mirror "I love this ensemble you picked out for me Copey." She said and ran her fingers through her hair then sat on her bed. There were a few moments of silence before Ash broke them "Have you and Brice done it yet? Because you shouldnt." She said casually and looked at her nails

Copeland started choking and coughing at the question "No! We havent! I dont need the talk for you Ash, i already had it with mom on my birthday." She said and shivered at the question. What was everyones problem? They just started dating a day ago.

"Mama, a-pah, I'm going out," Brice said, popping his head into their room. "I've been studying," he added.

"Okay." His father was first to speak and Brice slipped out before his mother could even think to protest. Returning to his room, he immediately went to his closet and began throwing things onto his bed. Afterward, he began dressing, stopping halfway through to spray on some cologne. He then pulled on his shirt and vest, completing his outfit. It was simple, but stylish -- all he needed. In the mirror, he began fixing his hair, styling it with just a bit of gel, before deciding he was ready. He checked the time then made sure he had all of his necessities slipped into his pockets before heading out of his room.

"Mama, a-pah, I'm heading out! I'll call you when I'm on my way back!" He called to them and got shouts of 'okay' back.

At the door, he slipped on his shoes, then left.

Copeland sang with her sister as her brother drove them to the party. As they arrived Copeland unbuckled and kissed her brother cheek "Gracias hermano." She said in her slightly thick accent and hoped out of the car with her sister. As they locked elbows and walked into the party, Ashlynn waved to her friends and nodded her head to the music. Cope left her so she could do her thing then went to the drink table. She poured herself some ounch and took a sip. It tasted funny and made her tummy feel warm but she liked the feeling so she kept drinking it.

It didn't take Brice long to arrive at the party. As soon as he came through the doors, he heard the loud thump of music and joyous hoots and chatter. A few people cheered when they saw him and he noticed a few other people, mainly girls, begin to whisper and murmur things to each other. He didn't pay it too much attention, though. He already knew the rumours were flying, and even more now that he actually entered a party without a girl on his arm. ...Well, only entered without one. He'd have to figure out if Copeland was here yet.

Just as he pulled out his phone, Jason came up, pulling him into a patting embrace. "Brice!"

Brice chuckled and returned the gesture before pulling away. "You saw me yesterday."

"Yeah, but not at a party." He chuckled. "C'mon, have a drink..." Jason headed off toward the punch table.

"Cope here?" He tried calling ahead over the music.

Jason shrugged. "No clue!"

"Seen Don?"

"Not really!"

Brice just sort of shrugged and stopped at the refreshment table when they reached it. Jason leaned down into the cooler to grab his friend a can and handed it off to him. "Thanks," Brice murmured, popping it open.

As Cope sipped on her punch she began to feel funny, numb in a way. She spotted Brice and stumbled over "Hey baby!" she said and put her arms around him. "I missed you." Her words were slurred slightly but she hoped he didnt notice because if he did she knew she would be in trouble. "When did you get here?" She asked and kissed his cheek.

Brice was a little startled by Copeland's approach, but smiled when he saw it was her. He casually rested an arm across her back once she wrapped herself around him. "Miss me? Already?" He teased with a hiked eyebrow. "I just got here." He said, then took a sip of the drink.

Cope took a big gulp of her punch. It was all gone sadly but she would get more later. She rsted her chin on his chest and looked up at him "Youre amazing." She slurred then grabbed his chin and kissed him deeply. "Lets go dance." She said after she pulled away.

He hiked an eyebrow at her abrupt actions, but decided not to think too much of it. She was probably just being a little more open and having fun like she had said. After the kiss, he took her hand and drug her to the dance floor, fulfilling her wish. Once there, he turned to face her and let go of her hand, moving his hands to her sides before swaying to the music.
