Dog #5
Username: summer.
Name: Hatchet
Gender: Male
Poem:
Days fly by until light is seen
The good has gone or so it seems
For the day, clouded by sadness
And his mind, filled with madness
His parents have left him
His heart's hope dim
Abandoned and forlorn
We will return, they had sworn
But they did not, for they had passed
And this darkness will everlast
Original poem by me, Jaci.
History:
Hatchet was left for himself when his parents both left to go help herd the tolters with the ranch owners, and were killed in a flash flood. After they never came back, a cloud of depression fell over his life. He was upset about it for a long time, never joining on group herding games or running around on the ranch. He spent his free time looking over the hills, waiting for his parents return, which couldn't happen. After months of sulking and hiding assay from any social activities, he finally came out of the fog and made friends, including Trouble, who looks up to him as a father since Trouble's parents were adopted out to separate ranches.

Dog #5“Many that live deserve death. And some that die deserve life. Can you give it to them? Then do not be too
eager to deal out death in judgement.”
