Anyways, I am taking a breaking from CS. I am rather emotionally unstable, not mentally. So, yeah. Today was a super bad day for me, and I just need a break. I may be on to check on replies and such, but for the most part, I am taking a break. The only things I will reply to are pms, so if you need to get a hold of me, you can through pms, but will take a few days for my replies. I am reallly sorry. I...I just need a break and I am letting you all know. So if I am inactive, this is why. I am taking a break. I need it. I jeed time to collect myself and such. So yeah, good-bye for now. Also, I will not be gifting Alazne. I love her, but I will be back. Maybe in times for valentines. I don't know.

OKAY SO. This is my first time posting here ;A;
BUT I COME WITH EXCITING NEWS!!!!

The fantastically phenomenal and brilliant CeruleanRush decided to gift me her custom ;A;
So I can now proudly introduce myself to you all as the owner of Avis Oblivion Albatross <3



Her personality and background have been tentatively figured out by me so I figured I would post it here as well xD

genius – analytical – mistrusting – aloof – arrogant – charming – cold – thrill seeker

Avis Oblivion Albatross… such a ridiculous name, and she was willing to admit it and even embrace it. But most stuck up their noses and sniffed in disgust, words like ‘pretentious’ and ‘asinine’ being slung about as though she couldn’t hear, and frankly Avis had grown sick of it. But hey, those high-browed idiots didn’t know anything about her, and while they treated her like scum she was robbing them blind.
Attending high-end galleries, private showings and various other art-related tours had given Avis ample access to an endless pool of wealthy snobs whom she could steal from. It was a satisfying career really, even if completely criminal, and she greatly enjoyed her private collection of invaluable classic art…as well as the money that selling off the ones that didn’t appeal to her brought. Still, the young woman couldn’t quite shake the constant sense of distaste and anger which accompanied introducing herself to these snobs, and worse, the need to explain the reasoning behind her name which was always asked for.
Avis was Latin for bird, Oblivion was defined as; “the state of being unaware or unconscious of what is happening,” and Albatross was the family name…though also conveniently the name of a large seabird. When one was the daughter of two giant nerds (one an ornithologist and the other a psychologist) it seemed inevitable that she would be named something bizarre, and her parents had certainly delivered on that front.
Distinct name aside there remained the uncomfortable fact that life as an art-thief wasn’t exactly a career to put on your tax forms, and so Avis had been forced to pick another occupation to keep up appearances and explain the luxurious lifestyle that she lived. Naturally her scientist parents had at first suggested the sciences, but when Avis displayed absolutely no interest in those mundane fields… they began to get creative. Before long the young woman was practically drowning in lists of relatively obscure jobs as her parents turned it into a competition, and at last in desperation Avis chose one which seemed bearable – a private investigator.
The P.I. course was taken, completed, and implemented immediately. Avis rented out a dingy little office and casually hoped she wouldn’t get many clients, after all it was relatively difficult to carry on life as an art-thief when you were bogged down with other people’s problems, but unfortunately for Avis her parents (thinking their daughter needed a boost) sent streams of people to her office…and for several months Avis had no time to herself at all. Gradually the girl realized that this wasn’t going to work, and in a fit of frustration Avis reached out to a microkia P.I. she had heard about…. Carmen, and inquired about a potential joint business. Naturally what Avis meant by this was that she would bring the clients to Carmen, and take on relatively few cases herself, thus allowing herself to skirt under the radars and steal as she pleased.
