He knows himself as Jason, he doesn't remember his last name or his middle name if he even had one. Nor had he ever cared to know it.

T h e • F r a g m e n t s --

Jason's family was not too wealthy, his father was struggling to pay off bills and his mom did not work at all yet they tried their best to not let Jason out of the house and so his mother home schooled him, and if he ever tried to take a peek out the window his father would beat him usually with a baseball bat. A month after he had turned 8, his parents both couldn't contain their fear of Jason's wings and what might become of it so they told him they were going to drop him off at the park for the first time, they knew he would be excited so of course he thought that was really where he was going, but instead they drugged him and left him behind a truck in an ally, from there on he was alone in the world, but when he turned 10 a homeless man tried to steal from him and Jason was desperate to keep his food so he had picked up a broken shard of glass and slashed it at the man, who still hadn't backed down so without thinking he plunged it into the man's chest, he always quivers from that memory, and it haunts him every time he sees broken shards.

He doesnt like to say much about himself though he is quite arrogant at times and can be a brat but he's really just scared and worried and uses 'being mean' as an excuse for it so no one would know, he acts like he's fine and annoyed at alot of things but he's just really sad and somehow misses what the world used to be when he doesn't even remember it...

It was a cold morning, yet the streets were empty as Jason saw a fog brewing in, he checked his watch, which was probably the only thing he had that was not damaged badly, and saw it was about 6:50 am, he saw the coffee shop across the street open its doors, but there were no customers other than the clerk who he could see past the windows as he watched him make his own coffee, Jason wondered what coffee tasted like, the only drinks he's ever had was water, juice and rum, something suddenly startled him, it was the rustling of bags behind him, he quickly whipped out his knife, then relaxed putting it away when he saw it was just a rat, he sighed shaking his head trying not to laugh to himself. Later on in the day he decided to take a walk by the fountain where people usually missed and accidentally throw their coins outside of it, he tried to hurry there while there were less people around, after a good hour of searching, there wasn't a single coin on the ground, or anywhere to be exact, he didn't like the long walk but he knew of a phone booth by the beach he could use, and so Jason tightened the zipper on his jacket to better hide his wings while he speed walked.
