How do people do this? ;-; To be honest, everything, exciting and mundane, that's happened in any story of mine is all planned. Otherwise it just hovers around, people talking to each other, without going anywhere. Sure, maybe there'll be a joke or two thrown in amongst the random conversation, but humor strung together doesn't make a story. Or at least, no story I'd be particularly interested in reading, and how does one write what they wouldn't read?

I take back what I said earlier. Sort of. I plan my story arcs, but not the everyday school entries. I base a little of it off of what happens in my life, and I cant plan that!

Glad to know I'm not the only one completely incapable of doing things without strictly forcing myself to do X as soon as possible. (Well, the 'completely' part probably is me alone, but apart from that...)

Need advice. It's kind of a spoiler, though, so select the following text to read it. It looks like Apollo and his team is about to lose in a battle againstbthe Rebels (who aren't strictly evil by any means, but really stupid). Candy, who I consistently show to be obssessed with work and lessening her load of it, shows up and quickly puts an end to it after much battle, and gives a little speech, also revealing that she knows Apollo and his group are criminals and traitors. I know it seems irrelevant, but it really makes sense in context. Do you think this is too much of a deus ex machina? Candy just plain messing up their dynamics is somewhat important later on.
