Peyton - Glade

Peyton watched as he cleared the fence, shaking his head. He called the fence patrol team, the officers that rode in a truck 24/7 and patrolled the perimiter, to get after him. Then he called for some dogs to get out there as well.

Chase - 17 - Tanner

"Right." Chase replied, ready to get out of the building for a while.

Glade

He knew he didn't have time but the pain and fatigue was hittin him like a solid wall. He stumbled, then stopped to breath for five seconds. After that short time he straighten, cracked his neck, and ran on, skin prickling at the sound of barking dogs.

Tanner

He nodded and lead the way. "I mean other then what you're already wearing."

Officers - Glade

The truck engine roared to life, picking up speed as it raced after Glade, dust billowing behind it.

Chase - 17 - Tanner

"Eating chocolate is normal." He hinted, glancing at Tanner's pocket expectantly.

Glade

Thankfully he could barely hear the sound of the car it was far enough away. He saw the nearest road and went for it full speed. Hopefully he could get past it and into the surrounding woods soon enough.

Tanner

He laughed and tossed him a pack of M&Ms, getting into the car after him and turning on the engine.

Officers - Glade

They followed, a k-9 cop car speeding after them as well.

Chase - 17 - Tanner

Chase caught it and got into the car, content to eat them and look out the window.

Glade

Climbing a tree sounded safe, but that's be the end of the line for him so he kept running. The street got closer and closer until finally he reached it and bolted across into the woods where the cars couldn't follow.

Tanner

He started flipping through radio channels,muttering as the one he usually used didn't have anything but static.

Peyton - Chasing

Peyton hopped out of the car as it slid to a stop and headed into the woods, trying to follow Glade's trail.

Chase - 17 - Tanner

Chase's eyes widened as someone suddenly bolted across the road. "That's Glade!" He exclaimed.

Glade

He kept glancing back to make sure he didn't step in any mud to leave a clear trail, though his had his hands now clutched protectively to his chest as they were dripping blood.

Tanner

He saw the tall dark figure a second before Chase and hit the breaks, stopping right before he hit him, eyes wide as he watched Peyton disappear after into the trees.

Peyton - Glade

"Veyy!" He yelled, following the blood trail. "veyy!!!"

Chase - 17 - Tanner

Chase's hand shot out, gripping the door handle, then he paused. Why follow? Glade was only going to get himself more time in Juvie. Heart pounding, he didn't let go of the handle yet, mind racing.

He grit his teeth and sped up at the sound of his voice, stumbling occasionally. His vision was black around the edges and he was seeing stars, but he knew there was a town nearby and he had to get there.

Tanner

He quickly reached out and set an hand on Chase's arm. "Peyton'll find him, don't worry." He said calmly.
