Legolas quickly returned the embrace before putting pressure on her stomach, urging her to lay down. "Just be still, until you are feeling alright and ready to sit up." the prince said. He put a hand behind her back and laid her back down. He smiled stroked her hair. He smiled and added "Well, it is a different story when your dad is replacing you and your dead mother."

"he isn't replacing you i can assure you that much I can also assure you of that.I know I should not be reading peoples thoughts when they do not want me too but I cannot help it sometimes. Your father loves you and the pain of losing would kill him, Saelweth would rather you stay then go and then there is helrenthrad he is starting to view you as an older sibling some what all three of them need you there to support them, Wondering off into woods isn't going to help you or anyone else. My own father Elion needs me did you not notice that he is sick he practically starved himself during our journey he refused to eat and let me Gaewen eat instead while he starved himself to ensure that the two us did not die of hunger along the way but in doing so he put himself on death's door as well." she said staying still and added "You cannot exactly read other peoples thoughts so it might help for you to ask what situation is rather then assume it's something and be wrong about it. But I do not believe that wraith being here was coincidence bilbo had gold ring which I believe is the one ring that sauron forged in mount doom if I am right then the nine are active and looking for the ring. if that is the case then we cannot just abandon our people" she said smiling at him and feeling rather comforted by his concern for her.

Legolas sighed and said "I somehow doubt that Maethriel. I feel no love coming from any of them. I don't know if I will be going back any time soon. And I am sorry about your father. I don't know what I can do or what I can help with. Maethriel, I am not going back, no matter what anyone tells me. I am not needed by King Thranduil anymore. My time with the other Wood-Elves is done. And I want you to come with me." Legolas sighed once more and sat down beside the she elf. He placed his head in his hands and whispered "My time here is done."

"If you insist on leaving then I will go with you but where will even go it is not like we have other places to seek refuge in and we are not even equipped to travel we have no food or supplies at the moment." she said she did not agree with him but she would still go with him the issue was would he ever come to his senses and realize that this wasn't exactly good idea. she hoped that he'd at least realize that sooner or later but at the moment she'd much rather have him there with her then have walk away and leave.

"We could always return to my fathers realm, then continue on to Laketown or even, dare I say it, Erebor. As for supplies, we could stop by the Woodland realm and grab some food and drink. However, we are not leaving until you are ready to move, and I do not care if that is in 10 minutes or 10 days." he said. He then continued on to ask "How are you feeling?" He smiled, then put his hand on hers, if only to offer comfort and warmth to the beautiful she-elf.

"I am feeling alright A little bit weak but I believe I can move. but I am still unhealthy you know this I almost starved during my journey with elion" she said and smiled at him and added "perhaps we can go to elions former kingdom i do not believe the 3 month long drought is natural in fact last i checked the magic of my people pretty much keeps the plains lush and green all year round." she said

He simply nodded then said "We can stop in my fathers palace to get food and drink, then continue to your people's territory. We should go now so your hunger doesn't weaken you further." He stood up then picked her up and draped her over his shoulder, in case she wasn't able to walk. He then picked up a quick jog, Maethriel still draped over his shoulder. "How you doing up there?" he asked quietly, not wanting to alert anything else that may be in this dark forest.

"I am alright for now, do not worry about me" she said she was managing quite well with legolas' help she then added "I do not know if we should stop in erebor isn't that where the dwarves and last i checked the dwarves do not particularly like elves with my sisters love being an exception though it is odd to think she and dwarf coudl fall for one another though I will not disapprove of it because she is my sister" Maethriel said

"I suggest we start moving before the orcs regroup and catch up to us," the dark haired elf stated as he struggled to get back up on his feet. He walked over to Thranduil and Saelweth, gently shaking their shoulders to wake them up.

Thranduil blinked groggily as he was shaken awake, slightly irritated that he was woken up. He curled into himself more, only to be poked in the shoulder by Elrond. The Elvenking automatically growled at the other, obviously not appreciating being poked.
