1) didn't follow my trade or group rules
2) all the pets the top is asking for are in locked groups
FOR REASONS

it would still be overpay anyway. rules are simply restricted guidelines. i would've accepted, since a '10 uncommon isn't worth a few '13 commons, even if it were locked.
