A showname is a longer name that is used for showing purposes, and it sometimes can 'match' the call name. For example, my dog's name is Cricket and her showname is Cricket's Song. Later, if you decide to start a kennel for your nannucks, you can put a prefix on the showname (ex. Flight's Hatee-Hatee-Ho "Fox")

Hello again Nannucks! I've been gone a very long time, sorting out school and moving to college and the like. It's been hectic but now that it has settled down I have returned! I'm sorry that this boy isn't perfect, I don't have pen pressure at the moment for some reason but I'm working on fixing that!

At first Ghoul wouldn't be quite sure what to think of all these strange people running around in costumes, and he'd be wary of them. After awhile though he starts to find things more fun and grows excited enough that he's running around and greeting the strangers that come to the house to get the candy his owner is handing out. A few of the costumes and sounds still startle him, but he isn't near as afraid as he was when things started

Nylian sat on the steps as the humans walked by - some in brilliant hues of blues to yellows, others in darker gore-stained attire. All of this seemed confusing for Nylian. Kids had often lined up at the door across the street in their colorful suits and let out a loud shout of "Trick or treat!" The dozens of voices amused the young buck, especially the tones of amusement and euphoria often spread amongst the younger humans. The smells created a wonderful pool before him, the want becoming a longing. Thoughts clouded his mind of how he would look in various costumes - a bag hanging from his mouth. Nylian soon found his gaze drift to the door of his owner's bedroom and the bowl of candy on a nearby table. He cleared his head and decided against it. Halloween was new, and the reaction left an imprint; some confusion, creativity, desire, euphoria, and freedom.

Spooks padded down the cobblestone street of down town, marveling at the wonders that lay before him. Orange, purple, and white lights casted long shadows across town, and smell of treats wafted down the streets. Little children scurried around, their excitement radiating across the air in waves of energy. Spooks looked at his master, his eyes wide in bewilderment, but then again something very homey about the situation. His master looked down at her beautiful Nannuck with pride. "Yep Spooks, you were born on this day, Happy Halloween!" Spooks tail slowly started wagging as he trotted merrily past the shops stocked with candy and sweets.

Cerven sits on a rocky hill above the bright town, watching the activity below. Humans, just small dots from up there, darted back and forth, stopping at houses before hurrying away again, hard to see when not under the streetlights. Perplexed, he trots down the hill to investigate, easily navigating the uneven terrain. Suddenly, a terrifying form comes out of the trees, sprouting limbs he had never seen before and green skin. He growls and backs away, afraid of this strange creature, but cocks his head when it stops coming to stare at him. It lifts its lumpy arms up...and takes off its head. Cerven yelps in shock before realizing it was just a human. " Hey boy. Do you have a home?" He asks, and Cerven just lowers his head and walks forward, letting the human pet him. "No tags...I think I'll bring you home. You do look skinny." He says, and they start walking back to the house.

Ghost trembled. Bah. Human's were running around dressed like.....who knows what! He wasn't scared. Just cold. So....so cold! He growled. He rushed over to the nearest building, and scratched on the door, imitating the young humans. A human looked down on him. It made soft cooing sounds-bleh-,and Ghost suddenly had a blanket around his head. A cape. A stupid cape! But at least it was warm. Stupid Halloween!
