Here it is! It took me a very, very long time to figure out what i wanted to do for you- based off of your very loose choices haha- and lots of research went into this.

Its a Sooty Buckskin Sabino Tobiano with brindles and a gulastra plume. Brindles have been linked to the sooty gene- a sort of misfire for it, and gulastra plume has been linked to the sabino gene, the minimal effect i think.

As for tack,well.. I no good at tack. xD but i love the way this turned out! So, lemme know gender, name, etc , and i'll get it done.

I don't deserve thisssss..... but that being said.... I LOVE HIM! (He's a he in my mind. XD) So drop-dead gorgeous. His paint markings and the brindle and I love gulastra plumes!!
