I glared at Rippe by the fence. Her eyeless face glaring at me also. We had been here for a while now, just glaring at each other. I shuffled my weight a bit, Rippe snorting at me.
" I will get in your paddock " I slowly said. " And you will let me give you fresh water "
In a challenging way, Rippe tossed her head back with a look that read 'come at me bro!'
Slowly, I edged my way over to the gate for the paddock. Rippe slowly following me as though she was a wolf and I, the rabbit. I gripped the water bucket in my hand tighter before flinging the gate open and hurriedly shutting it. Quickly I began sprinting towards the troth that held her water. Almost instantly, Rippe chased after me. She on purposely sped up enough to come up behind me and nip at my hair to hear my yelp in surprise only to slow down slightly to make me feel 'safe'.
Almost there! My thoughts screamed at me.
Just inches away from the troth, I raised the bucket to get prepared for tossing the water in. But before I could Rippe charged in front of me, knocking the bucket out of my hand. " Nnoo! " I shouted as Rippe smirked at me, the bucket landing quiet a bit away from me.
Angrily, I crossed my arms. " You always do that...you think by now I would expect it? " I cursed angrily.
Now your probably thinking by now, what happened to Rippe trying to mutilate my hand and trampling me to death? Well, after several weeks of glaring, her nipping at me and me trying to get her to like me. This weird game formed. The game's rules seem to be un-spoken but understood by me and Rippe.
The game can be related to the childish game tag with a twist. Now spot the twist. Rippe chases me until I either fall over, reach where I want to go or pee myself from her aggressive nature. Yep, so fun.
Though sometimes she still has one of her bad attitude moments and will actually still try to trample me or mutilate my hand. Lucky me!
I glared at Rippe fora bit longer before she decided I was no longer fun. Her head jerked towards my short hair and nipped at it, causing me to jump backwards. " Holy banana split with pretzels! " I yelped. Rippe let out a whine, as though mocking how jumpy I was. Rolling my eyes, I stumbled over to the bucket while making sure my back never faced Rippe. That is something you should ever do. Turning your back to her. I winced at the memory of when I made that mistake and she bit my...ahem...'hind quarters', luckily for me she didn't bite to hard...
Retrieving the bucket, I glanced at Rippe who had her back to me while she drank from her water trough. My eyes narrows as a cheeky grin crossed my face, a thought fluttered through my head. Now, this could either end my existence or be the best thing ever. I slowly lowered the bucket, making sure not to make a noise. Then I got into a running position facing Rippe's back. Then sprinted at her. As I ran one thought repeated over my head 'Please don't kill me! Please don't kill me!'.
Hearing sprinting noises, Rippe turned her head to see me running at her. Just as I jumped to get on her back, she side stepped. My eyes widened as I hit the ground, dirt flying into my shirt and trousers from the inpact as I laid there with my butt standing up tall and proud. Wonderful...
Rippe began snorting, her hands hitting the ground as she mocked me. Groaning, I lifted my dirt covered face off the ground and watched Rippe mock me. Wow, who thought it wasn't just humans who can mock another human? Aliens can do it to...
Rippe let out one last whine began coming over to me, who still hadn't got up from the ground. Her tail reached round and grasped the back of my shirt, half-dragging me in an attempt to get me up. SIghing, I stood up.
" Your so mean Rippe... " I muttered as I poked her head. Wrong move.
Well, I'm running for my life again...
