[The Winter Soldier]

During world war II there was a top secret project in england known as Project mearas the goal was to turn horses and their riders into super soldiers. Using a variation of serum horses where given the serum specifically tailored to their equine genetics while their riders were given human variant. Shield has kept record of this file for years but few of these so called super horses and their riders remain. With the threat of hydra on rise now that shield has been taken down by hydra. The avengers must find a way to track down the remaining members of this project and stop hydra from turning them into weapons like they did with Bucky.
