On a side note, since I'm lazy, I'm choosing the mayor now and not filling out a form.

This is Kallian- the mayor, for some unexplained reason. He's from Xenoblade Chronicles, which is where Shulk is from, for anyone who's played Smash. He's what's called a High Entia, an acient race of people that live far longer than humans. He's the son of the Emperor and the eldest of two, but despite being older, his younger sister was chosen as next in line for reasons that would spoil major plot points. He's actually not bitter about this at all, and fully supports his father's decision. He works towards uniting the people of Bionis to fight the mechon together while his sister travels with Shulk and the rest of the playable characters. Kallian is a man of honor, a natural leader, and full of determination. He cares for his sister and his people above all else, though he works hard to keep everyone on Bionis safe, and fights as hard as the can, no matter what. The wings on the back of his head actually allow him to fly, but the High Entia are quite technologically advanced, and have hovercrafts, which eliminate the need to drag themselves by their head-wings.
