Ten years ago, the Power Rangers Samurai defeated Master Xandred and his Nighlok army, saving the world. Now, Xandred's loyal servant, Octaroo, has drawn the remaining power of the Sanzu River into him, transforming him into Master Octorok. Once again, Mentor Ji, along with the help of Jayden and Lauren has started training a new generation of Samurai to fight.

Caelan is about 5'9" and is in top physical condition. He has blonde hair, one green eye, and one blue eye. He normally wears his hair to cover her green eye, because he is a little self-conscious. He doesn't take sides in fights between the team, unless his dad, aunt, or Mentor takes one first. If they don't, he typically breaks the fight up and calms both sides
History: Caelan was born into the Shiba Clan by the second born child. Though he is not supposed to be the Red Samurai Ranger, he has no choice, as his aunt Lauren has no child to succeed her.
