He has been executed by Monokuma and is now a ghost, His hamsters are the only thing alive that he have. He have them before they are executed. He doesn't blame Monokuma though, it's a punishment for killing someone in Hope Peak's Academy.
Personality - Gundham has a eccentric and somewhat dark personality. He often claims that he has been blessed with the evil powers of underworld, and refers everyone else as 'pathethic human beings'. Gundham is usually lost in his own little world,usually paying most attention to himself or distracted with his hamsters. However, despite his 'I am the Dark Lord' ramblings,he is shown to seriously care about animals,he understands them more then he understands human or anything else.
