1x1 with Aato

As she listened to the conversation she tried very hard not to laugh. When she was given the option to come out or stay hidden she fixed her hair and adjusted her clothes then crawled out. She stood slowly and awkwardly waving at his parents "Hi. Great to see you again." She said turning redder and redder as the seconds went on. This was so embarrassing for her.

[Aato]

His parents turned and waved with smiles before turning back to what they were doing. They had finished putting up the items and his mother went through to collect all the bags into one, then tuck them under a specific counter. "I'm heading up to our room." She said before making her exit, waving once more at Copeland.

Brice watched his mother leave, waiting until he could no longer see her image before turning to his father. "...Can Cope spend the night?"

Chaojian opened his mouth as though he were going to answer then paused. His eyes looked off while he thought about it. "...You know your mother is not going to be very fond of the idea..."

"That's why I'm asking you." He smiled.

Chaojian just gave him a sort of glare and Brice's smile fell. He was overstepping bounds a little.

"Chhiáⁿ...?"

After a moment, his father sighed. "Fine. Yes. I will talk to your mother and get her on board."

"To-sia, a-pah!" Brice beamed and gave a little dip of his head as a bow.

Chaojin rolled his eyes. "Thêng... You already got what you wanted. No more need for flattery."

"I'm working on you for next time," he reasoned with a chuckle. Chaojian only shook his head. "I'm going in the garage to do some work now." He then turned to Copeland. "Nice to make your acquaintance again, dear." He gave a little bow similar to the one Brice had, then continued on toward the garage.

Copeland waved back at his mother with a kind smile. She then began cleaning up the fort, she felt bad for making a mess. Once she was done putting the pillows where they sent she began folding the sheets and when she was done with that she sat on the couch patiently.

Brice joined Copeland on the sofa, grabbing one of the pillows and hugging it to his stomach. "So..." He trailed in the silence, trying to think of a topic. "You know, you didn't have to clean up... At least, not by yourself."

She smiled and shook her head "Its okay i dont mind babe." She wanted to try out the 'b' word... It didnt come out right to her but if he liked it she would call him that. She held his hand softly and leaned her head on his shoulder

[Aato]

"Babe?" He hiked an eyebrow then shrugged. "You don't seem like a 'babe' kinda girl, but okay." He leaned and reached for the remote before she leaned on his shoulder. "...You seem tired. Do you want to take a nap? I can tuck you in upstairs." He laughed.

"Im not a 'babe' type of girl." She said and chuckled. Copeland yawned and shook her head "I can tuck myself in Brice." She mumbled and stood up slowly walking to the stairs "Which one is your room i forgot." She looked at him and smiled running her fingers through her hair

"See. If you had let me tuck you in, you wouldn't have had to ask." He joked. He got up and went to the stairs, wrapping an arm around her waist. "C'mon," he said, leading her up to his room.

Cope rolled her eyes and laughed "Well im sorry King Brice." She teased looking up at him. She restsd her hand on top of his. She was so tired, she just had to push until she reached his bed

He led her into his room and pulled back the covers. "Do you want a big t-shirt or something to sleep in?" He asked as he went over to his dresser.
