Brightfrost looked at Mistyway and Snakefang. "We best get back to camp. Come on." She murmered soothingly. The ginger she-cat stepped forward, leading the way to camp.

Blossomkit looked at Dovepaw's kits. What were they going to do with them? They couldn't be looked after by their mother, nor could they be looked after by her own mother, as she was never here. The young silver tortoiseshell sighed, and sat down next to the newborn kits, laying her tail over them. They were getting dreadfully cold.

(Dovepaw died giving birth to her kits, and Vinepaw thinks it's all his fault. Mistyway, Snakefang and Brightfrost are in the forest, I think. Beaverkit is the kit Daisykit was involved with.)

Daisykit stayed in the nursery most of the time, only coming out to eat and make dirt. She hadn't visited her father, or Snakefang in a long time. She didn't care though, her life was shrouded in misery and regret. She was cursed, she lead herself to belive that she was cursed. StarClan was punishing her for something, but she didn't care. The Clan didn't mean much to her anymore, she was so confused, her bonds to this Clan were so fragile.

Vinepaw nodded apreciatively at Blossomkit, and her curled himself tighter around his kits, kicking them softly. They needed food, he couldn't take them to Moonstone until they atleast had something in their stomachs.

Blossomkit watched Vinepaw clean his kits. She arched her neck and and helped him. "I've been thinking Vinepaw....... My mother can't help your kits, but maybe another queen could. Shadowfang. She's expecting kits soon." She whispered carefully, so not to upset him with the death of his mate.

Beaverkit watched Daisykit from his shadowy corner of the nursery. He felt like his heart had been eaten away, only to leave a blackened, dead shell. Daisykit didn't love him. She wouldn't even talk to him anymore. The young ginger-brown tom sighed and folded his legs under himself, closing his eyes as small, salty tears fell from his eyes, matting his face and splashing on the moss beneth him.
