Anyways, I really need someone to let me use a mature, calm, sensible male plumerian in a tryout story I'm doing! It's based in an AU so they'll be the king. There's no queen in the story so don't worry about that.
SoulFireStyx is letting me use her Sugar as the princess, so yup!

[Note this takes place in an Alternate Universe please!] There once was a huge, regal, and proud city that was merely a speck in the corner of a map. The king had no queen to stand by his side, and the princess had no prince to call her own. As you see, the town had been filled by grief for many years, grey, large puffy clouds blocking out any form of sunlight that dared to shine down on the town. The queen had died, and the king now succumbed to depression by the loss of his beloved wife. The city was no longer regal and proud; but dark and depressing. What could I city, once so powerful, do now without a ruler to guide them?

The city slipped into poverty; though the villagers still tried to remain happy.
