Rarity wise it's unfair to you by the three month rule, neither pets seem to have particular demand over the other but that's between partners as everyone has a different opinion

Not really, theres a sitting cat and Christmas 10 pet. If you want to make it fairer you should add 10 more chickendollars or even 15. That's just my opinion.
