It didn't take long for her to find her herd. Nowhere near as long as she'd expected it to, actually. They hadn't even really moved. They were just outside the forest where she'd birthed her son, and there was another group only meters away. Honey was, of course, cautious when stepping out into the open, with her young baby boy at her side. Her ears were flattened to her skull, threatening anyone who even thought to try something on her and Ven. Sure she was typically the kind, soft-spoken girl, but she wouldn't dare put her son in danger. His safety was her current priority, until they got back to Death. Which of course, only took a few more minutes. Honey kept her colt close to her side, never letting him drift more than a few inches away. She was very vigilant, glancing over these strange horses and giving them death-stares, warning them all to stay exactly where they were. And soon, she was at her beloved's side, and was calm once more. "My love--" and she was cut off when a young paint mare came flying to Death, begging. The poor thing looked frightened, and Honey immediately felt sorry for her. She stepped forward, pushing her son safely behind her, and offered a small smile. "Don't you fret, dear. You're safe with us." And she nuzzled Death, knowing he would take good care of Jess. Behind her, Vengeance was yawning, his eyelids dropping, legs threatening to buckle beneath him. The poor colt was tired, tired and cold. So he sideled up next to his mother, and laid down, deciding the perfect place to sleep was beneath her. Honey glanced towards her baby, and chuckled, taking precaution not to suddenly move her hooves, lest she harm her newborn. Now that she and her son were settled, she took this chance to observe the other herd, quickly picking out three lovely mares; one ruby-colored girl (very pretty young thing), a painted girl much like the one before her (striking similarities, also lovely), and then a mouse-gray mare... gorgeous, yes, but she seemed... arrogant. Vain. Self-centered. All of the synonyms that relate to the aforementioned terms, she deemed the Arabian temptress. No matter, though. She was the other stallion's problem, not hers (thankfully.)
{{ Has Reaper been active lately? I was going to make Ghost's reply, but I'm not sure they've been around... If so, I'll post Ghost later. If not, he's open for young ladies~ }}
