Kat stepped off the Hogwarts Express and took in the familiar sights and smells of the grounds. As she made her way through the crowd, she bumped right into a Ravenclaw girl. "Oops! Sorry!", Kat said with a smile.

"It's fine. Hello I'm Rebecca. What's your name?" Rebecca asked smiling.

"Kat. Kat Davies. Nice to meet you!", Kat said. She would have shook Rebecca's hand, but her arms were full of books and quills, so she though better of it.

"Hi Kat, It's nice to meet you" Rebecca smiled. "So you're a ravenclaw too?" Rebecca asked looking at how they had the same Accessories on. Rebecca walked with Kat to the carriages and sat down.

"Yeah, you're the Seeker for our team, right? I know I've seen you on the field before.", Kat said as she stepped into the carriage. She wondered what made them move by themselves like that as she sat down.

"Yes, I am. I love quidditch" Rebecca replied. "You trying out for team this year? I'm definetelly" Rebecca sounded cocky.
"Don't you think thestrals look quite scary?" Rebecca asked looking at the frightening horse like creatures pulling the cart.

"Oh, no, definantly not! I suck at sports.", Kat said with a grimace. "The....the what? I mean, I know what thestrals are...but, where are they? I can't see them, since I've never seen death.", Kat said, thankful that she never had.
