Reed would say he's like a mix of oil and water. The part that sits on the top, the oil, hides the water, who he really is. On the top he's bossy, stubborn, and downright rude. He doesn't seem kind or friendly and he seems one-sided. He seems to only care about his.music career, his own well being and his fame and fortune. The chima isn't open minded at frist. He's just grown up needing to have that edge, that uncaring personality. Below that layer of thick oil you'll find the water, the sweet part of him. In this world, he's loving, sweet, he has a career outside of the music world. His special hidden world where he lives normally, having a ball cooking and baking and just spending time with his friends.
History;;
This Chima Lou grew up quietly on his own in a family of four females and his father. He was never the favorite and always took the blame for the mistakes of his younger sisters. This is where he learned to give himself an edge. To stand out make himself something new. He took on new hobbies such as music. As he rose along in popularity of his music, developed his own style, he buried who he really was, but still made friends.
Occupation/Career;;He's, as he would put it himself, a rock star. Reed loves to sing and has made a career out of it. It's his greatest accomplishment in his life he believes. Some of his favorite things has come from this career of his. Reed is also fond of playing the drums and can do some pretty difficult stuff on them.
Favorite Memory From his Career;;It would have to be meeting his best friend and his boyfriend, Ash. Another Chima Lou that has a career of intricate carvings of bones and wood. It was his third year of being big when he met Ash, the overly friendly and unselfish male where he received a custom carved pair of drum sticks from the Chima. Not having thought of him the first meeting could've been a bad mistake he realized as they met again at several other performances before Reed finally decided to talk to him and ask if he wanted to go on a date.
Favorite Songs To Preform;;Along with performing his own songs, Reed rather enjoys covering other bands stuff. Two of his most delighted things to preform are Nickelback's Rockstar and Smash Mouth's All Star. He tends to stick to Emo punk/pop, rock, and rpm, while sometimes going into normal popular pop music.
Got Any Moves?;;Unfortunately Reed's got the dance skills of a baby deer. Which means he might be adorable, but he couldn't dance if his life really depended on it. He's lucky if he can tap in time to the song and dancing is something he's been trying to work on getting better on. Mostly slow dances.
Least Favorite Song To Preform;;It doesn't matter how much he hates the song, he'll have to preform it, because for some reason it's a fan favorite. Reed has a strong dislike towards the song, Teenagers by My Chemical Romance. He loves the band, always has, but the song isn't his style. It never has or will be and it's, to him personally, not their best work.
His Doughy Side;;At home, where he loves spending time with Ash and watching horror movies with the scaredy Lou, Reed is an avid baker/chef. He's fully against ordering out unless it's really the only option and he hates fast food chains. They couldn't cook food fit for a dog. He's always up to making a home cooked 4 star meal or baking a bakery ready batch of muffins. It's always easy to see the fire in his eyes as he works to make a flawless meal, though sadly he sometimes adds a bit too much salt.
What's His Favorite?;;It's too easy. Out of everything he cooks and bakes he has the biggest soft spot for cupcakes. Reed adores the fluffy, buttercream forested mini cakes in a cup form.
Favorite Recipe/Flavour;;Reed's favorite baked good flavour to make is mint butter. It's his own perfected recipe that he came across by accident while trying to make a nice minty, St. Patrick's day cupcake. While mixing the batter he added two times the amount of butter needed and a bit more sugar than stated. The China Lou was clueless until he had to taste test one for himself. The concoction was a mint cupcake with a beautifully moist inside with a melting feel and taste of butter.
Relationships;;
Ash, my first dream Chima Lou, has a strong relationship to Reed as they met several times before they went on a date and it was followed up by a few more before they called themselves officially boyfriends. They've been together for two years now and Reed is always there to comfort Ash when he's having a bad day or vice versa.
Quirks;;-He loves wearing a blue green star sticker on his cheek
