Tick tock tick tock. Both Mami and Harui looked up and to the window. Almost in sync, they stood and asked "May I use the restroom?" The teacher excused both of them, though she found it quite odd they would request at the same time.

Harui did not wait for the other magical girl to catch up as she headed out of the school. There was a witch out there and she really needed to protect the other people. just as she stepped out the school doors, she had changed into her magical girl outfit, hair tied up and all that jazz.

Mami knew of the orange girls reckless nature, and was hurrying to catch up with her. "Hey, Harui! Make sure you get the greif seed this time. You really need to purify your soul gem." Of course she wasnt paying attention. How typical. Hopefully one of their other friends had also seen the bad magic and were coming out to help. It was always much better with more people to do the work.

Mayumi turned her head as the other girls left and watched them go. They way they went down the hall made it obvious they weren't going to the bathroom. No wonder something had felt off all morning, there was a witch somewhere nearby. The others could sense it, and were going off to find it. She looked over to Kiko, who seemed too distracted to notice. Carefully and quietly, she tore a piece of paper from the last page in her notebook. "Witch nearby. Should we go now?" She wrote in a code they shared before folding it and quickly flicking it onto her friend's desk when the teacher's back was turned.

She noticed her necklace, her ruby soul gem, was glowing. A witch... She hid her necklace in her shirt. She watching two people go, probably to hunt the nearby witch... She sighed, wishing it was her going.

Kiko glanced up quickly at Mayumi before reading the note. Then she re-read it. Catching her friends eye she gave a small nod before flipping her notebook closed. "I gotta go too." She called out to the teacher. As soon as she was excused she darted out of the classroom, only to idle just out of sight of the classroom to wait for Mayumi, shifting her weight to her other foot. After all, if the witch was a strong one, it could end up being too much for... well however many girls had left the class. She hadn't been paying attention.
