Thistleleaf nodded, "If you don't mind, I'd like to check over them, and you, to make sure your all alright." He offered kindly. He didn't suspect anything was wrong, but now that Swiftlilly has rested, it would be wise to make sure everything was fine.

The queen smiled."Alright",she said softly with a lightly yawn then she wait for him to tell her to do something or just start checking her and her kits over.

Thistleleaf smiled and gently placed a paw on Duskkit, he carefully rolled the kit over and placed his head to her chest to check her breathing. When he was satisfied she was fine, he did the same with Mistykit. He smiled and looked up at Swiftlilly, "they're perfectly fine." He purred softly. "Now do you feel any pain around your stomach area? Or do you feel light headed at all?" He asked the queen.

The pretty queen she her head lightly."No and as long as my kits are fine I am happy she said groom her kits and purring to them.

Thistleleaf nodded, glad that she felt alright, but he had to make sure that she was producing plenty of milk. "That's fine. Roll on to your side and I can make sure your producing enough milk for then," he meowed.

The queen nodded then turned to her side her kits mewing to her because she moved a bit far away from them.she watched as Mistykit stumbled over to her,mewing.

Thistleleaf watched Mistykit with a chuckle, before turning back to Swiftlilly. He gently places a paw on her belly and began to press down a little. He moved his paw a little, before moving it and smiling down at the Queen. "You should be fine, but since this is your first time, I can get you some borage leaves if you want. They'll help you produce more milk," he offered.

The queen nodded lightly."Alright",she said then she pulled Mistykit and Duskit close to her so they could suckle or just get her warmth.She smiled at them."If it is better for the kits then I will".

Thistleleaf nodded, looking down at the two kits, "alright, I'll fetch them." He said before turning and heading out of the den. He trotted over to his den, picked up some borage leaves and quickly made his way back to the nursery. Once there, he placed the leaves in front of the Queen.

Swiftlily sat up and ate the borage leaves them she heard Swiftstar call a clan gathering."You better go and see what he is doing",she told Thistleleaf.She saw Frostpaw run towards the Highrock to see who the new deputy was going to be.
