Which leads me to another question, I am allowed to edit/use images fro fanpop.com, correct?

yes, if you get the permission from the artist and show credit, or it is called art theft.

and all you have to do is you go to a site called imgur, which is a image hosting site and you paste the url there so the url wont break.

I think that might actually be possible.. so if you put like, a cherry tree and beneath it is flowers and feathers like floating by, then there's like deer in a field (nature) but one of the deer is a indie drawing.. then the anchor would be at the bottom of the sea, but like a divider in the sig, with some fish along it. Then you would put hte techy part on the other side.
