Does banning mean that I can't post cats?

and when I was banned I could not post after a week and if I did then I would be banned banned from this thread...

No. Banning means you can't post AT ALL for an entire week and if you continue to do so, you're getting reported or reported to Quill herself.

Advertising and Spam is intolerable and you've done it more times than I've been here for after constant warnings. No ifs, ands, or buts now. If you have a problem, PM and stop posting here. You're ban lifts next Friday unless another offence comes up.
