Shallowcreek smiled and sighed lightly. She was mates with her best friend. Could life get any better?

Dreampaw was sitting in camp. She stood an attempted to put pressure on her leg. It didn't hurt so she pressed harder. There was no sign of pain. She purred in delight. Maybe she could become a warrior!

after awhile snowfoot came back to spiderheart and said " spiderheart.. I have thought about this for awhile and..."

Graystream snored softly.

"Heya, Dreampaw!" Beechpaw came up from behind the older apprentice. "So, you're finally standing on all four paws again, huh?" she asked with a smirk.

"Hm?" Spiderheart lifted his head from his paws to look at her. "What is it, Snowfoot?"

Shallowcreek drifted of to sleep.


Dreampaw grinned widely. "Yep! I can finish my training soon!"

"Great! It's about time!" Beechpaw nudged her good-naturedly.

"Hm? Oh, hi, Salmonfall," Copperberry mewed in response. "How are you?" She thought that the she-cat seemed to be doing a bit better since the death of her sister, but also knew that it would take some time for her to fully recover from that.

"I'm not sure.. Mixed feelings towards Snowfoot." Salmonfall admitted. She couldn't find Cornfur anywhere, and Copperberry was the next best cat. After all, she had consulted with the she-cat with other issues bugging her, so it wasn't a totally new thing. "W-What should I do?" She finally blurted.

Copperberry laid her tail on Salmonfall's back to comfort her. "Well...I know you may not want to, but I think you should try to clear things up with Snowfoot. Talk to her. I'll even go with you if you like. I understand that what she did angered you--it angered me, too. But no good will come out of us staying on bad terms with her."
