@gwanu: my favorite songs by iron maiden are probably Afraid To Shoot Strangers (it's from the Fear Of The Dark album), Strange World, Hallowed Be Thy Name and 2 Am. I love most of their work, even the stuff with Blaze and Paul (tho I can't stand Paul as a person. I have nothing against Blaze) however, I'm not a big fan of their "No Prayer For The Dying" album x)

Yes, we did have that idea before, multiple times, but we never did get it off the ground. I guess trying to RP as your favorite rock band didn't appeal to everyone as much as we thought it would.

Ugh. I want my guitar. I've made some goals for myself, which include:

· Learn to play Hero by Skillet
· Learn to play Toxicity by System Of A Down
· Learn to play Smooth Criminal by Alien Ant Farm
· Learn to play Killing In The Name by Rage Against The Machine
· Learn to play Bring Me To Life by Evanescence
· Learn to play Bodies by Drowning Pool
· Learn to play Hail To The King by Avenged Sevenfold

Skillet, Avenged Sevenfold and System Of A Down introduced to me by blinkbox. I'd heard Bring Me To Life, Killing In The Name and Smooth Criminal on the radio or the mtv rock channel at some point. I'd heard Bodies in an Overused Songs video on YouTube.

I've learned Monster by Skillet already, and I've kind of learned Chop Suey! but every source has different tuning and one of them doesn't tell you whether to tune it down or up (but up isn't a good idea... Broke my first guitar string last week tuning my guitar up from... dropped C?) I just need a better amplifier. Mine only has overdrive (I think, it just says drive), equalisers and master volume, I need that distortion :O But I don't think I can get a better amp and a seven-string guitar for my birthday. If I do get one, that is.

I was playing games on my tablet for ages and just listening to music. I have a love-hate relationship with blinkbox, it's playing stuff that I like but it's also throwing dubstep and Limp Bizkit in there too... I don't mind Behind Blue Eyes, but the three different versions of Rollin' it keeps playing are getting annoying. Fast. If it's my station, can't I just search one song and add that to it? It would save me the hassle of having to dislike all of the songs I don't want in it :|

Must try it out.
But do I try Rocksmith, or Oblivion, or Arkham Asylum, or Guitar Hero 5...
Anyway, I need a distortion pedal. And a guitar with humbuckers. I don't like the sound of clean electric guitar...
