The injured elf's trembling seemed to worsen as he heard the warg stalked towards them, violently flinching when the warg snarled. If he had his sword he would have killed them with ease and not have a second thought about it. But he was trapped, injured, and couldn't even walk if he wanted to. Anyone would be terrified in this type of situation...even the mighty Elvenking. Everyone had their fears and weaknesses, some of which the elf was currently facing.

The orc rumbled in its dark language, ordering the warg to take off the trap on Thranduil's foot.

Luna slashed at orcs that tried to exit after those who had fled. "There's too many, we've got too escape, if we die the other won't stand a chance" she yelled, her eyes darted to the kings throne. "Everyone get out, I've got a plan to block the passage" she yelled as she made her way to the large throne.

The warg glanced at it's rider and seemed to use it's teeth and claws to pry the trap off of his leg and removed it before letting out snarl towards the elven king again as if warning him not to attempt to flee.


((anyway i believe that after this we should timeskip at least three characters will be missing saelweth who although i never stated it will have been captured and then helrenthrad and thranduil i'll let you know when we timeskip as we aren't doing it just yet but it might be in a post or two keep in mind there won't be a huge loss of life here maybe few elves dead here and there but most of orcs did not aim to kill they aimed to distract which meant that they left more people alive and injured.))

Bilbo was caught up in all the chaos, and his pointy little ears couldn't detect Luna's shouts. He would occasionally drive Sting into an unsuspecting Orc as he searched the area for his friends. By now, there were too many bodies - whether alive, dead or unconscious - to catch particular sight of much of anything. Actually, Bilbo noted quite astutely that there were no dead Elves...or at least none with injuries that would so obviously point to the condition of no longer being alive, such as an arrow sticking out their chest. In fact, the only dead bodies seemed to be those of Orcs. It was as though these foul creatures were intentionally knocking people unconscious...why? What did they care for a few hundred casualties? They were bloodthirsty killers, were they not? Something was wrong here, he could feel it...he just needed to think for a few moments. Still invisible, he made his way over to Thranduil's throne. He figured it was an apt enough place for some quick reflection in the midst of a bloodbath. He awkwardly clambered to the top, using the antler-like protrusions as footholds, then perched himself precariously on the back of the magnificent chair. He gazed out at the sea of Orc bodies; it was a completely different perspective from up here. It technically wasn't that high up, but it was for a Hobbit, and it gave Bilbo a useful overview of the situation. He tapped his foot and almost fell off, but then he regained his balance and glanced around once more, briefly getting lost in the moment.

He yelped as the trap was pried off, but was relieved at the same time because now he wasn't stuck in one place. The elf moved his leg closer to his body, but otherwise did nothing. Any sudden moves and both he and the elfling could be dead.

The orc picked up the injured elf rather roughly, before slinging him onto the warg's back and ordering the warg to group up with the others.

((and now we're going to timeskip to the aftermath of the battle right now cause i don't feel like rping the rest of that XD if thats okay i'll make a post and cause we are timeskipping right now XD))

Saelweth looked around trying to see if she could spot anyone else who had been captured it seemed like they where still on move to her the orcs but she could not tell where they where as she knew next to nothing about the part of mirkwood they where currently in.

((note that she was captured i just didn't rp out the whole capture scene like thranduil did also no ones supossed to find them all okay O.O ))

Kili looked around for dead elves. However he didn't notice any dead elves amounts the hoards of dead orcs. He quickly walked to Legolas and asked firmly "Where did you send her?" He was worried about her. After his dream, his first priority would be protecting her now.

His eyes narrowed at Kili then he said "All I told Tauriel was to flee, nothing else." He then leaned in closer and quietly said "Don't think you are the only one who has feelings for her. With my fathers disappearance, I am in charge, and Tauriel is my first worry."

Húlden frowned at the orcs that lay dead. She walked around, looking to see if King Thranduil was anywhere in the palace.

"I will send a few of the royal guards to look for Tauriel and the rest of the elflings they managed to get out of here I know that much but Lady Saelweth and her son are missing I do not believe this is coincidence Legolas those orcs fled relatively quickly my guess is that this was planned" Faeron said

Selphyn nodded in agreement "it would appear so they where too organized they must have targeting your father and Lady Saelweth as well" she said

Thranduil was still conscious, but in a huge amount of pain. He was sure that at his ankle was basically shattered at this point, and the movement of the warg he had basically been draped over was hurting his back.

saelweth managed to spot thranduil on the warg near her she noticed he was holding helrenthrad it was as she feared though "Thranduil?" she said quietly but loud enough for him to hear the orcs and wargs appeared to be stopping it looked like some sort of camp she could tell thranduil was in pain and that her son was clinging to him for dear life at the moment.

Helrenthrad was clinging as tightly as he could to thranduil he calmed down a bit when he heard his mothers voice he had been worried she had been killed but knowing she was alive put him at ease a bit though he was still awfully scared.
