I hate to contradict you but, Pitch Black is an Oekaki mod not a global mod meaning she doesn't monitor whether threads are allowed or not and she has not yet seen this thread. Not to mention, we were posting on Kura's trade thread meaning we were not using a chat, we were actually serving a purpose is not directly what this one is.

(Correct me Pitch if your responsibilities are more expansive than I remember)

Hey guys, I will check in to this thread and see if it is alright. I will also check on some guidelines to make sure it is within the rules so that way we can keep it going and running smoothly. You are right X-Cat, I have those responsibilities in the oekaki boards, but not on the others, such as this one. But, I will ask one of my friends on staff to see if this kind of thread is acceptable. I will be back with an update later ^u^
