Description of Design:
Her bottom half is covered in a glitter-pattern like this glitter here.It fades near the top of her legs and belly, and the glitter pattern of her feet is on the red side of the color palette I provided.She has two red bands going across her muzzle. Her nose is gold. She has a teardrop marking on her cheek that's gold as well and a three circle design coming from the corner of her eye to the bottom of her ears (on ref). She's always smirking and has low-lying eyelids.Comparing her expression to like Shiro's.

Her mouth has stitching on the corners( (on ref)). She has a side-nose ring piercing, a bridge piercing, and several earrings in her ears. She wears a set of two bracelets on both of her ankles and wrist much like shackles.She also wears circular glasses.

I was going for a more sort of mafia/I'm-on-top-of-everything feel, so I don't mind if you make adjustments to anything ^^".

Changed to glowing eyes ^^.
Hairstyle and Colour :
Charcoal.((refer to ref)) At the end it comes out in a ponytail, just in case the hairstyle looks too messy .
Tail Fluff Style and Colour:
Charcoal, the lighter blacks of the color palette .Her tail fur is long,wispy, and neat like a paintbrush.The markings are similar to a lit-up angler fish ((like this for a ref)).
