My school requites so much for clubs... We have to sponsor one school based event a year, have one community service project a semester, have at least twelve members, do at least four meetings a year, apply for a bank account with the school book store, do one fund raiser, submit a record of each meeting as well as a record for the whole year as whole, get two teacher sponsors and submit our president, VP, treasure, sec choices to the student council for approval... All before they'll even hear about making the club official??? Like, why bother with this? I just wanted to make a simple equality club with my friends so other kids at the school would have a place to go in the event of bullying at this stupid school. We don't even have a GSA or anything similar so this is basically an original idea for my school.... But all those hoops...
