I know that you can choose the gender by yourself but it's something i recognized ^-^
I'm also more of a 'likes male rukami more' type and i'm happy about my numbers of males but i have difficulties which rukami should breed with whom... Everytime i think about it, it looks the same like in the nature. 5 males and 1 female... who should breed... hmmm...?
I would like a unlimited breeding number and maybe, along with the cool down, you could say that rukami can breed just every 4 weeks (more or less). Other species have that too. (but they have larger distance between the breedings like every 4 month or 8 weeks)

P.S. if someone is interested i'm trying to do some design for Rukami, which i have in mind and can't do anymore as a GA. So if a artist maybe needs some ideas you can go and look for my artist search section ^^ I also would be happy if someone has a opionen about one of them c:

yes you can join the fanclub, you don't need to sign up or need to own one to join - you can be a non owner and still join in
i believe kashi said there was no limit, but once you are announced the winner of one, you must wait a 5 day cool down

I don't find females harder to make, since honestly I pull from the personalities of myself and those around me. I just try to build a well rounded character - with pros and cons...

But my 'kamis are split about even in genders and marking wise on who is which gender. I haven't paid much attention to the trend for others though. And that is an interesting point if there are more males than females - and that the males are more 'flashy' in appearance than the females~
