Bilbo was a little surprised to see five new people walk into the room, not including Legolas. He recognized one of them, at that. "Kili!" he called, dashing up to the Dwarf and looking him up and down. "It's...It's good to see you! What are you doing here?" he inquired lowly, as not to disturb the important conversation the Elves seemed to be having. "How are the other Dwarves?"

Tauriel went on, trying not to stare at the bits of frost that for some reason dotted the Elvenking's face. She was certain there was a story behind that, but now was not really the time to ask about it. "My Lord..." she hesitated, remembering the last time she'd tried to make a statement about her opinions by leaving Mirkwood and hunting down the Orcs. "...as you know well already, darkness is coming...I believe we should stand our ground, with help from the Snow Elves. And there is another matter," she added. "...there have been visions. Visions of death, and Mordor and...Sauron. This threat may be greater than we imagined. If that wicked creature is truly returning...we must do everything in our power to stop it before the true evil breaks free." She, of course, left out the part about Kili having the visions. She wasn't sure Thranduil would heed the warnings of some Dwarf's nightmare. And...also...she left out the part about her dieing. She felt as though that would only hamper her efforts to get them to fight with her.
Name: Dori

Dori eyed the gloves incredulously for a few moments before accepting them. "Thank you, Ori. The others will love these. It does get rather chilly up here in these mountains." it was surprising - but altogether quaintly pleasant - to lay eyes on something so simple and homely, something that wasn't either 100 feet tall or made of solid gold. The majesty of Erebor only seemed to mock them, as long as Thorin and Fili were poisoned with dragon sickness. "So that's what you've been doing in all your free time?" Dori was somewhat glad that his brother was spending some time outside, rather than being cooped up with the gold and all the sickness that came with it.
