i have tweaked the plot....fs dmfgliregreg
so now the shifters are used as the government's lap dogs and each have different purposes.
some are assassins or spies, others are to be exhibited to the public as if zoo animals or a branch of military specifically for shifters that guards any human who requests security, and most are test subjects.

the guards will be these guys:

i may add a few more spots, as humans or shifters who fight against the rebellion and have to stop the main group's escape. these characters will work for the government and will constantly get in the way of the other characters, but whatever these characters do will be up to the role player. i only ask that these characters remain against the rebellion until later on.

though only 50-40% of them can be against the rebellion, and the others support it.

aaaaaaaaaaaand eli rogen is kind of out of the role play now
