Haldir bowed politely in turn, ensuring he showed due respect to the prince in front of him, even if they did know each other quite well. "Ah, he's his usual, charming self, then" he then replied, with a lightest hint of sarcasm.

Legolas sighed and said "You know my father, charming, VERY easygoing man. I guess I am a bit stressed out, with my uhh...friend Tauriel gone, and a million snow elves running around, and magically disappearing Hobbits" He gave a slight smile then hugged his good friend

Bilbo winced when Legolas stormed out. Somehow, the Hobbit felt like he was at fault for making the Elf prince sound a little crazy, and that glare that had been shot his way didn't help things. But I was only protecting what's mine. The Hobbit still couldn't quite get over the strange Elves running around the room, but he forced his gaze back to Thranduil. "Ehm...that seemed...erm..." the Hobbit faltered, deciding not to make a comment on that. "...well then..." he looked around. "It seems like there are...more Elves here than I remember..."

Tauriel's eyes widened and she barely caught the Dwarf before he hit the ground. "Kili!" she cried out, sinking to the ground and cradling his head in her lap. "Wake up," she commanded. "Wake up." she released a shuddering breath, then started to whisper in Sindarin to him. "Ni melidh? Echuio." she glanced up at Aslaf and Sephlyn. "We may be able to carry him until we reach our destination; it may slow us down, but so long as we are not attacked, I believe we can make it." she frowned at Aslaf. "Keep him sober enough to not pass out until we arrive," she instructed. She didn't want another unconscious Dwarf on her hands...She glanced down at Kili determinedly, then started to lift him up. It was difficult - despite their short height, Dwarves weren't exactly the lightest weight to carry, and Tauriel did not have the strength to keep this up forever. But she would go as far as she could, and when she could carry him no longer, she would not leave his side until she had found a way to wake him, or until she had recuperated enough to carry him again.

Accepting the hug - he knew things had been difficult for Legolas recently - he frowned. While he had no interest in Hobbits, and knew about the Snow Elves, the news about Tauriel was worrying. Quietly, he asked, "She's still missing, then?"

~Kili~

Kili transitioned into a dream-like state of mind. He saw images of Erebor and Dale, and the hoards of treasure. He saw the Woodland realm and Beorns house. He then saw an image of a dark, foreboding land. He twitched in the conscious world. An image began to form in his mind. There was a circle of Fire, with a black patch in the middle. It almost looked like...an eye! He regained his consciousness for just one second and yelled "Sauron!" before returning to his unconscious state.

He frowned and replied "Well, my father banished her for leaving when we were in a state of lockdown to go after some stupid dwarf... And she has not yet returned. I figure she is with him, but I still worry..."

Thranduil Greenleaf
"Yes. The Snow Elves recently lost their home and traveled here," he did not mention the fact that ALL of them, including his own people, would be leaving Mirkwood within hours to avoid the brewing storm of orcs intent on killing them all. It was painfully obvious with the sudden amount of activity going on and what the elves were doing, to be specific.

His eyebrows raised when he heard this, and he incredulously exclaimed, "A dwarf!?" He almost laughed at the absurdity, but stopped himself, knowing that it was a tender subject for Legolas.

"I know, and an ugly one at that. I guess if she is happy, I am happy..." He sighed then added "And what brings you to the Woodland realm?"

Tauriel almost dropped Kili when he cried out. She gasped, "...Sauron???" she shook her head vigorously. "...it...it's just a nightmare, Kili..." but she couldn't even believe her own words. She struggled to readjust Kili in her arms, then tossed another glance over her shoulder. "We must make haste." The sooner they got to the kingdom of Mirkwood, the sooner they could get somewhere safe. She started forward, trying to go as fast as she could...it wasn't long before her legs started to fail her under Kili's weight, though. She stumbled, dropped Kili, and hit the murky ground, sending a shower of mud up into the air.

"Snow...Snow Elves?" Bilbo inquired. He'd never heard of Snow Elves before...then again, you didn't hear much about that stuff in the Shire. He frowned. "...They...lost their home? So...they're going to stay here forever?" he felt nervous prying into the Elvenking's business, but losing your home was something actually had experience with, and he didn't like the idea of that happening to the Snow Elves.
