Basch took a breath. How dare they... He had never expected the spiders to make such a bold move against them. It took the group just a few minutes to reach the kingdom and Basch rushed inside, his bow already drawn. They had entered the way the spiders had broken through and had straight access to the throne from behind. He recognized a captain of the guard called Tauriel wrestling with a spider nearby and fired an arrow into its back.

Race: elf of Lindon, lives in mirkwood for now.
History: nátulcien was born in lindon, and traveled almost as soon as she could. She spent many years in a state of legend- nobody knew where she was, and many assumed she was just a story. She emerged Into mirkwood, a wild thing, and would not tell of what she had been through, only that she didn't know what the year was, or where she was.
Now... From the mirkwood perspective.
There has been an elf in mirkwood. All the elves that live there know that it is another elf, but they have only caught glimpses- dark, red-brown hair, some arrows that have been left in trees or dead orcs. They had tried capturing this lone elf, but have failed. Even their best hunters have no clue nor sight of it. All they know is that it isn't an elf of these lands. They gave up, and left it alone, so long as it didn't venture into their lands. Of course, it did. They still gave it peace, and noticed odd things... They would be tracking an Orc pack, and find them slain, or find the body of a giant spider, with a dark-shafted arrow, an arrow from beyond their borders, in it. They have tried capturing the elf, talking to it, even just finding it, but they know the glimpses and close-calls were not their skill- that was the times it wanted them to see it. Now, as things change, this elf had retreated to the back of their minds, but will always be there, some where, showing up when needed.

(The spiders got into the Kingdom palace itself and everyone's being attacked at the moment. Thranduil's basically unconscious and poisoned by a spider, and some others are in the throne room killing the spiders.)

Nátulcien's keen eyes darted around the area. There were several more spiders clambering from the forest towards the palace. Excellent- a challenge. She drew her bow, and waited. When they approached her tree- a large tree just in front of the gate- she released the arrows, faster and faster. As she shot, several fell, but more took their place- she had to find a better option.
